A new day, a new week, a new year (almost)
It's coming down to the end of summer. Less than a week and everyone is back on the UW-P campus and the excitement of the school year is once again upon us. I still have things yet to complete this week, and more things keep coming up.
I've decided to learn Visual Basic prior to class starting, and as easy as it is, it's really boring to read a book on a programming language. But the book claims that it'll only take 24 hours and I'm already ahead of schedule. Hopefully that 24 hours will shorten into much less.

Only on a day as cold as this could Bryan walk past the pain. His leg had gone numb two hours ago after walking through snow drifts up to his stomach. Two hours and a hundred yards. It was pretty easy to follow him as his blood stained a straight line to him. The absense of his attackers confirmed their beliefs that he was dead.
He trudged on toward the small shack ahead. Smoke curled from the chimney and Bryan could almost feel the heat of the fire inside. He plodded on.
* * * * *
I might make these stories a kind of choose-your-own-adventure where readers can dictate what will happen next. So watch out for those. Also, if you want more background in the story, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Peace out.
